1 Scope

These terms apply to all orders from business customers ("the client") to Studio Jukic. Written agreements in the offer take precedence.

2 Service

Studio Jukic uses AI to animate the client's photos into vertical 9:16 reels and does the editing, captions, copy and sound. A Foto-Reel (photo reel) is made from 3 photos, runs 10 to 15 seconds and includes captions and animated text in Swiss Standard German (English on request), an end card with logo and call to action, the AI label, C2PA Content Credentials and Studio Jukic's own sound effects.

Studio Jukic works only with the client's photos. The product stays as it is in the photos; Studio Jukic restages the light, the surface and the props. Studio Jukic invents no other products, ingredients, people, client premises or views. The reels show only real dishes and products and imitate no real person's likeness. Studio Jukic writes no first-person testimonial scripts and shows no AI people as customers.

The service does not include a film shoot, posting on the client's channels, placing or managing ads, or music. When posting, the client adds licensed music from the platform's business library (e.g. Instagram, TikTok).

3 The client's photos

The client warrants that it holds all the rights needed in every photo it sends, including the right to have it adapted, sent to Higgsfield in the USA and used there for training. It indemnifies Studio Jukic against third-party claims based on these photos. It sends no photos of children. It sends photos with faces only with the written consent of the people shown, and that consent also covers the AI animation and the transfer to Higgsfield (USA), including use for training. It allows Studio Jukic to edit the photos for the order. Studio Jukic uploads photos to the AI cloud service Higgsfield in the USA, which, according to its privacy policy, also uses them there for training, only after the sender has explicitly consented to it (clause 8).

4 AI label

When posting, the client keeps Studio Jukic's AI label or turns on the platform's. Werbe-Versions (ad versions) always carry a visible AI label, which the client never removes or crops out.

5 Delivery and revisions

Free sample (one per company): about 10 seconds from 3 photos without people, within 3 working days of receiving the photos and the consent under clause 8. Foto-Reel: within 3 working days from receipt of the photos and the payment. Studio Jukic delivers Reels-Abo reels, Werbe-Versions, Sprachversions and revised versions within 3 working days each, from receipt of the photos or the request (order or revision request). A Werbe-Version or Sprachversion ordered on its own is delivered within 3 working days from receipt of the request and the payment. Advents-Pilot (Advent pilot): 3 Foto-Reels to post on 29 November, mid-December and 31 December 2026, if all 9 photos arrive with the order, at the latest by the order cut-off on Friday 20 November 2026. If Studio Jukic cannot animate a photo, Studio Jukic will tell the client within 3 working days and ask for another one.

One revision round per reel is included. The client sends revision requests within 5 working days after delivery; after that the reel counts as accepted.

6 Prices and payment

Prices in CHF, no VAT (not VAT-registered).

In the 6-reel Abo, the client may swap Werbe-Versions and the Sprachversion 1:1 each month; 3 unused Werbe-Versions make 1 extra Foto-Reel (at most 1 a month). Unused items expire at the end of the month.

Orders of CHF 190 or less (e.g. a Foto-Reel, or a Werbe-Version or Sprachversion on its own) are due 100% upfront, payable on receipt; work starts once the photos and the payment are in. For orders above CHF 190, except the Reels-Abo, 50% is due upfront, payable on receipt, and the balance by QR-bill on delivery, payable within 10 days. For the Advents-Pilot, the CHF 245 deposit is payable on receipt, at the latest by the order cut-off on Friday 20 November 2026; the QR-bill for the CHF 245 balance comes with the first reel (by 29 November 2026), never later than Thursday 10 December 2026, and is payable within 10 days. Every bill shows a fixed due date ("payable by" and the date).

The Reels-Abo's first month is due upfront, payable on receipt; work starts once the payment is in. Studio Jukic bills each later month by QR-bill on the 15th of the month before, payable by the 1st of the month. If the client cancels after the 15th, Studio Jukic cancels the bill already sent for the following month. The Abo has no minimum term and can be cancelled monthly; it can be cancelled any time by email, effective at the end of the current month.

Gründungs-Abo (founding subscription): if the client books a Reels-Abo after the Advents-Pilot by 15 December 2026, the CHF 490 of the Advents-Pilot is credited, spread over the first 3 paid Abo months (CHF 163.35, CHF 163.35, CHF 163.30). If the Abo ends earlier, the part not yet credited lapses and is not paid out.

7 Rights in the reel

After full payment, Studio Jukic transfers to the client the rights in the finished reel, as far as they exist. AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright. The client may post its free sample unchanged, with Studio Jukic's AI label and the platform's AI label switched on. References: Studio Jukic shows the client's reels as references only with the client's written permission, for each reel separately.

8 Data

For the animation, Studio Jukic sends the photos to the AI cloud service Higgsfield in the USA. According to its privacy policy, Higgsfield also uses them there to train its AI models. Before any upload, Studio Jukic removes the photos' metadata (EXIF, GPS); the client's logo never goes to Higgsfield and is added only locally, in the overlay and the end card.

Services that receive client data, with country and data protection safeguard (no other service receives client data):

30 days after an order or subscription ends, Studio Jukic deletes the client's files, including the copies in Studio Jukic's Higgsfield library. Higgsfield may keep deleted content on its servers for up to 30 days and in backups for longer. The use for training cannot be undone. Photos sent for a free sample with no order after it are deleted 30 days after the client declines; if the client does not reply, 30 days after the sample was delivered. Details: privacy notice.

9 Liability

As far as the law allows, Studio Jukic's liability is capped at the fee for the order concerned. The cap does not apply to unlawful intent or gross negligence (Art. 100 para. 1 CO).

10 Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Winterthur. If the language versions differ, the German version prevails.
